Order Acceptance
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an email confirming your order. Should you not receive this, please contact Tanza on 07736 018822 or email tanza@drydenfarms.co.uk at the earliest opportunity so we can make sure your order has gone through.
Should we be unable to accept your order, we will contact you by email or phone and will refund the price paid on the order, back to the card used for the transaction.
Eligibility to Order
We take all online payment using PayPal. The customer must be legally authorised to use the card on which they make the transaction.
When is the last date to order?
We open our order books in June, and due to the popularity of our turkeys, we are often sold out by early December. However, we sometimes get cancellations, so if you cannot see any turkeys available on our website, please call Tanza on 07736 018822 or email tanza@drydenfarms.co.uk and she may be able to help!
Availability/Order fulfilment
Due to our Free-Range Bronze turkeys being reared naturally, and us not artificially controlling the environment they live in, the growth of our birds can sometimes vary. This may result in our birds being a little bigger or smaller than expected.
Over the last 24 years of producing turkeys, we have found that the turkeys will generally be a little over the anticipated weight, and should this happen, we will give you the extra as a gift from us!
In the unlikely event, that our birds have not quite grown to size, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to offer you an alternative or we will make up the additional weight up with a breast roast joint.
Should we be unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by telephone or email to offer a substitute or refund you the price paid on order.
Collection Points
We have three collection points in the Northeast:
Murton Moor Farm, Murton, Seaham, County Durham, SR7 9TN
Broom House Farm Shop, Broom House Farm, Durham, DH7 6TR
Brown’s Lakeside Larder, Kirkhale Courtyard, Kirkhale, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE19 2PE.
Please ensure you select the correct collection point upon ordering. Should you need to change this, please let us know not later than the 22nd December by contacting Tanza on 07736 018822 or email: tanza@drydenfarms.co.uk.
Collection Times
Murton Moor Farm – 23rd & 24th December, anytime between 9 am and 4pm.
Broom House Farm Shop – 23rd December anytime between 10am and 3pm.
Brown’s Lakeside Larder, Kirkhale Courtyard – 23rd December anytime between 10am and 1pm.
Late Collections
Should you be running late, and unable to collect your turkey during the given collection times, please let us know as soon as possible by calling Tanza on 07736 018822. We understand that life happens and will do our best to work with you so you can collect your turkey for Christmas!
Email Notifications
If you place an order for a turkey or festive trimmings, then an email will be sent to the email address provided. Please ensure that you inform us should your email address change to ensure you receive any order updates.
Changes to your order
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact Tanza on 07736 018822 or email tanza@drydenfarms.co.uk.
Cancellation
We are unable to accept cancellations after the 18th of December.
Prior to this date, if you wish to cancel your order, please contact Tanza on 07736 018822 or email: tanza@ drydenfarms.co.uk, who will cancel your order and refund the price paid on the order, back to the card used for the transaction.
If you wish to cancel after the 18th of December, a refund will only be processed, should we be able to re-sell your turkey.
